Company Information Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to view company information throughout Info Exchange.

 

Name

The company name appears at the top of the dialog box.

Rating

The company's rating from 1 star (worst) to 5 stars (best).

Web Address

The company's web address. Select the link to launch the company website.

Main Contact

The main contact for the company. Click the link to view the contact's information.

Company Type

The company's type.

Disciplines

The discipline(s) applied to the company.

Spec Section

The specification section(s) applied to the company.

 

Locations tab

This tab lists all mailing addresses for the company.

The primary mailing address is enclosed in a box.

Location Name

The name of the company location.

Address

The location address appears under the location name. Click the link to view the location on a map.

 

Comments tab

This tab displays comments and notes about the company.

Date

The date and time the comments were entered.

Author

The author of the comments.

Remarks

The comments entered about the company.

Related to

The project the comments are related to, if any.

 

Notes tab

This tab displays any additional notes entered about the company.

 

Custom Fields tab

This tab displays any custom fields created by the administrator for companies.

 

Project Assignments

This tab displays the projects to which the company is assigned.

Number

The project number.

Name

The project name.

Type

The project type.

Phase

The project phase.

Status

The current project status.

Custom fields created for projects also appear on this tab.

 

Change Log

This tab displays a history of the actions taken for the company, including when it was created, modified, who was involved, and any details.

Field

The field that was changed.

Date

The date the change was made.

By

The user who made the change.

Process

The process used to make the change.

Old Value

The previous value of the field.

New Value

The changed value of the field.

Related To

The project item the change was related to.
