Change Order page
This page shows the details of the change order you selected from the Change Orders log.
This page is only available to Project Center (internal) users.
Change Order
Subject
The subject of the change order.
Due Date
The date by which the contact who received the change order needs to complete it.
Change Order Date
The date the change order was issued.
Date Executed
The date the change order was signed off on and agreed to.
Initiated By
The contact who requested or authorized the document change.
Reasons
The reason the change order was created.
Expected Date
The date the change order or a resumbitted change order is expected (for Expected change orders only).
Status
The status of the change order (Draft, Expected, Open, Closed).
ID
The ID number for the change order.
Sender ID
The number the contractor gave to the change order.
Discipline
The disciplines associated with the change order.
Contract
The contract the change order is associated with. Click the link to view the Contract page.
Contract Type
The contract type for the contract selected in the Contract field.
To Company
The contact to whom the change order was sent. Click to open the Contact Information dialog box.
From Company
The contact who created the change order.
Executed Change Order
A copy of the scanned, fully signed executed change order. Click on the link for a file to view it in the Newforma Web Viewer. If the filename is not a hyperlink, click the icon to open or save the file locally.
Workflow tab
This tab lists the history of contract management workflow actions that have been taken on the current item.
Type
The type of action taken.
Action
The action required or taken. Select to open the corresponding item Action page to view the details of the action.
Date
The date the action was taken.
From
The contact who performed the action.
To
The recipient of the action.
Due Back
When a response to the action is due.
Remarks
Any additional remarks about the action.
Schedule of Values tab
This tab displays information about potential change order pricing items associated with the change order.
Item Number
The item number for the pricing item.
Potential Change Order Subject
The subject of the potential change order.
Item Description
The pricing item description.
Cost Code
Project cost code associated with the pricing item.
Approved Days
The number of days approved to be added to the contract.
Approved Amount
The pricing amount approved by the general contractor. The resulting change order is based on this amount.
Contract Documents tab
This tab displays any record documents associated with the change order.
Number
The record document number.
Type
The type of record document.
Title
The title of the record document.
Revision
The revision number of the record document.
File
The file associated with the record document. Click on the link for a file to view it in the Newforma Web Viewer. If the filename is not a hyperlink, click the icon to open or save the file locally.
Revision Date
The creation date of the last record document revision.
Revision Description
The description of the last record document revision.
Email Log tab
This tab lists all email messages associated with the item.
Importance
The icon indicates the email message is marked as important.
Attachments
The icon indicates the email message contains an attachment.
Subject
The original subject line of the email. Select the subject of an email message to view it in the Email Preview page.
Message
Displays the first part of the email message.
From
Displays the original sender of the email.
To
Displays the recipient list for the email.
Date
Displays the original sent date for the email.
Size
Displays the file size of the email.
Preview Email Messages
Mark this checkbox to display a portion of the email messages below their subjects.
Supporting Documents tab
Displays the supporting documents for the item. Select the link for a file to view it in the Newforma Web Viewer. If the filename is not a hyperlink, select the icon to open or save the file locally.
Name
The name of the file.
Type
The file type.
Upload Supporting Documents
Use this area to add supporting documents to the item.
This option is only available for internal (Project Center) users.
Add Files
Select to open the Choose File to Upload dialog box and select a file.
You can select multiple files using standard Windows Shift and Ctrl selection techniques.
Remove All Files
Select to remove all files selected for upload.
Drag-and-Drop Files Here
Drag and drop files directly from Windows to add them to the list of files to upload.
This option is only available if your browser supports the functionality.
Upload
Select to upload the files to the Supporting Documents tab.
Related Items tab
This tab lists all Project Center items that are related (linked) to the item. Select the subject of an item to open it in its page.
Subject
The subject of the related project item. The icon for the related item type appears to the left of the Subject.
ID
The ID for the related project item.
Type
The type of the Project Center project item.
Workflow
The status of the item related to the current item.
Team Members
Team members associated with the related item.
Date
The date the related item was created.
Keywords
Displays any project keywords associated with the item.
Change Log tab
Use this tab to view a history of the actions taken on the selected item, including when it was created, modified, who was involved, and any details.
Date
Date the change occurred.
Event Type
Type of change that occurred.
By
Project team member who created the change.
Detail
The specific field or item that was changed by the event.
In addition to the listed fields, custom fields may also be exist. Project Center administrators can create custom fields throughout Info Exchange.
Page Tools
The following tools are available in the Change Order page toolbar.
Change Orders
Click to return to the Change Orders log.
View Form
Click to open a printable version of this page.
To access this page
Click the subject of a change order from the Change Orders log.
