Add Document Control Extended Property dialog box

Use this dialog box to add a new extended property for record documents.

Group Name

Enter a name to categorize the extended property. For example, you could enter Current Revision for properties such as date, description, issued, etc. for the current revision.

Property Name

Enter a property name to create an extended property in the Document Control activity center.

Default Value

If you want to apply a default value to the property, enter it in this field.

Options

Show in Log View

Mark this checkbox to add the property as a column in the Document Control activity center.

Show in Other Activity Center Logs

Mark this checkbox to add the property as a column in the Description of Contents tab in contract management workflow activity centers.

 

To access this dialog box

Click Add from the top section of the Edit Document Control Extended Properties dialog box.
