Modify Issue dialog box

Use this dialog box to edit the information for a record document revision's transmittal. Refer to the Modify Outgoing Transmittal Record dialog box topic for information about this dialog box.

Changes made in the Modify Issue dialog box do not cause new notifications or file transfers to be sent to issue recipients.

To access this dialog box

Select an issue from the Issue History tab of the Document Control activity center and click Modify Issue from the Secondary Tasks panel.
