Define Group Name dialog box

Use this dialog box to assign the selected Newforma extended property to an existing group, or to assign a new group name to the Newforma property.

Group Name

Select or enter the name of the group to which the extended property belongs, which will be listed in the Group Name column.

To access this dialog box

You can access this dialog box in the following ways:

●        Select one or more Revit parameters from the Edit Settings for Spatial Index Extended Properties dialog box and click Create Matching Extended Property.

●        Select an extended property from the Edit Settings for Spatial Index Extended Properties dialog box and then click Group Name > Define Group Name.

●        Select one or more Revit parameters from the Edit Settings for Building Element Properties dialog box and click Create Matching Extended Property.

●        Select an extended property from the Edit Settings for Building Element Properties dialog box and then click Group Name >Define Group Name.

●        Select one or more Revit parameters from the Edit Settings for Document Control Properties dialog box and click Create Matching Extended Property.

●        Select an extended property from the Edit Settings for Document Control Properties dialog box and then click Group Name > Define Group Name.
