Upgrade Eighth, Ninth, or Tenth Edition Projects to Eleventh Edition

There is no need to manually upgrade projects from Eighth, Ninth, or Tenth Edition to Eleventh Edition. Projects are automatically upgraded during the Project Center Servers upgrade process.
