Create Subset dialog box

Use this dialog box to add a new document set within an existing one in Project Center.

Name

Enter a unique name for this document set.

Members

Click Members to open the Choose a Project Team Member dialog box to add project team members to the document set.

Status

Select the Status of the document set (Active or Inactive).

Share in Image Gallery

Mark this checkbox to add the image files in this document set to an Info Exchange image gallery. Info Exchange has three image galleries (A, B, and C) you can choose from that you select from the drop-down list.

To access this dialog box

Select a document set, then click Add Subset from the Contents tab of the Project Document Sets activity center.
