Import Signature dialog box

Use this dialog box to locate and import a file to use as your email signature. This signature is appended to email messages and notifications sent from you via Project Center.

Locate and select the signature file from the top section to display it in the Preview section. Click OK to import and use the signature.

1   If you use an image in your signature, be aware that Project Center does not embed images in the signature. To include images in your signature in email messages sent from Project Center, the image file must be stored on a web server that is accessible to everyone.

 

To access this dialog box

Click Import from the Select Email Signature dialog box.
