Proposal Request form

This printable form displays the contents and the history of actions for the selected proposal request.

Proposal Request Information

The top section lists the associated project's name and number, the proposal request subject and ID, the person who sent and initiated the proposal request, the status and disciplines, and the description.

Actions

This sections lists the event history of the proposal request.

Print

Click to print this proposal request form.

Report

Click to open the Create a Report dialog box to view and create a proposal request report, or send it via email.

 

To access this form

Select a proposal request, then click View Form from the Tasks panel of the Proposal Requests activity center.
