List Local Microsoft Outlook Contacts in Drop-Down Lists
Perform the following steps if your local Microsoft Outlook contacts do not appear in Project Center drop-down lists.
To list local contacts in drop-down lists

Open Microsoft Outlook and right-click on Contacts in the Folder List) or Navigation Pane. Select Properties to open the Contacts Properties dialog box. |

Click the Outlook Address Book tab, as shown below. |

Mark the Show This Folder as an E-Mail Address Book checkbox. |

Click OK. Your local contacts will now appear in Project Center drop-down lists. |
