Undo an RFI Action
When tracking RFIs in Project Center, you can undo an RFI action if it's no longer applicable. For example, if an RFI was responded to, you can remove the response by undoing the corresponding action. Perform the following steps to undo an RFI action.
1 The following steps will use undoing an answer as an example, but you can undo most actions.
To undo an RFI action
1. |
If you are not already there, open the RFIs activity center (shown below) by clicking RFIs from the Project Home activity center or from the Activities list. |
2. |
For this example, select the RFI you are removing an answer for from the Open category. 1 Do not double-click the RFI, as that will open the Modify RFI dialog box. |
3. |
Expand the RFI's actions by clicking the icon to view them, as shown below. |
4. |
Select the Answered action (under the Action column), as shown here: |
5. |
Click Undo Action from the Tasks panel. Click Yes when the confirmation appears. |
|
Project Center removes the action. The RFI stays in the Open category in this example. |
