Addendum form

This printable form displays information about the selected addendum.

Addendum

The top section lists the associated project's name and number, the addendum subject and ID, the person who sent and initiated the addendum, the status and disciplines, and the description.

Print

Click to print this addendum form.

Save As

Click to open the Save As dialog box to create and save a PDF file of this form.

To access this form

Select a addendum, then click View Form from the Tasks panel of the Addendums activity center.
