Choose Project Item dialog box
Use this dialog box to do one of the following, depending on where you accessed it from:
● Select the Project Center item that you want to file an email message from Microsoft Outlook as a response to;
● Select the meeting to copy discussion items from;
● Select the Project Center items that you want to include when publishing a project.
Look in
The drop-down list will only contain the item type you selected in the previous dialog box.
Select Item
Select the item to file the email message as a response to from the list (or to copy discussion items from), then click OK.
Category drop-down list
Choose the category of items to display to narrow down the list of items.
Filter All Columns
You can narrow the search results by applying filters. Each time you add a filter, the search results are narrowed down to display only the items that meet the filter requirements. Simply choose the filters you want to use. The items that no longer apply are removed from the list. You can keep adding filters until you have a workable list from which you can find the desired item.
Click to toggle between showing and hiding the column filter fields.
Clear
Click to clear all filters.
To access this dialog box
You can access this dialog box in the following ways:
● Choose the Reviewer Response option from the File as dialog box, select the item type, then click OK.
● Click Copy from Another Meeting from the Discussion Items panel of the Meeting Content tab of the Create Meeting dialog box or the Modify Meeting dialog box.
● Click the button from the Step 1 of the Publish Project Information dialog box for the type of project item you selected to publish.
