Mailbox Access dialog box

Use this dialog box to configure how Project Center accesses your email mailbox. You can choose to have Project Center access your mailbox using IMAP or a Microsoft Outlook account.

IMAP Connection

Choose this option to have Project Center access your mailbox using an IMAP connection.

IMAP Mail Server

Select the IMAP email server to connect to. IMAP servers are defined in the Global Settings tab of the Project Center Administration Activity Center.

Username/Password

Enter the user's username and password on the IMAP email server.

Microsoft Outlook Account (Graph API)

Choose this option to have Project Center access your Microsoft Outlook account. Choose this option when you are using Microsoft Exchange as your email server.

Test

Click to verify the connection.

Click Change Email Access from the Advanced Filing Options dialog box.
