Send PDF dialog box

Use this dialog box to choose whether to send a .PDF file of a markup session via Info Exchange, as an attachment in an email message, or via a drag and drop method.

Enter a Filename for the PDF Attachment

Enter a name for the .PDF file.

Choose the Method to Send the PDF

Select the transfer method from the drop-down list.

Would You Like to Record a Project Transmittal for this File Transfer?

Choose one of the following options for recording a transmittal for the file transfer:

• Choose No, Just Transfer the Files to send the .PDF file without creating a transmittal.

• Choose Yes, Fill Out a Project Transmittal to send the .PDF file and record a transmittal for the transfer.

To access this dialog box

Click Send PDF from the PDF Options panel of the Newforma Viewer.
