Copy the Form Templates that are Supplied with Project Center to a New Folder

Perform the following steps to copy the default form templates that are supplied with Project Center to a new folder. You can then edit the copies of the form templates in Microsoft Word and apply them to individual projects.

This procedure is performed on the Project Center Server machine, and should only be done by a network administrator.

To copy the form templates to a new folder

1.     Go to the Project Center Server machine and navigate to the default Project Center form templates folder, which is located at C:\newforma\templates\Twelfth Edition.

It may be installed on a drive other than C.

2.     Copy all of the form template folders to the new folder location.

3.     You can now customize the copies of the form templates and apply them to individual projects.
