Delete Project Email

Perform the following steps to delete project email message files from Project Center.

To delete project email

1.     If you are not already there, open the Project Email activity center (shown below) by clicking Project Email from the Activities list or the Project Home activity center.

2.     Select the project email message you want to delete from the list and click Explorer Tasks > Manage Files > Delete.

3.     Click Yes when the confirmation message appears, as shown here. The project email message file is deleted from both Project Center and the Windows file system.

The original email message is not removed from Microsoft Outlook if it is still there.
