Main Panel
The following items appear in the main panel of the Sheet Index module:
Log Table
A table of sheets lists the category (if available), discipline, number, title, and current package for each sheet, as shown below. Click on a column header to sort by that value:
When you roll over a sheet, a list of action icons appears to the right of the sheet, as shown here:
The icons that appear depend on your user role.
The following actions are available for sheets:

View opens the View Sheet Index page.
● 
Edit opens the Edit Sheet page. This option is only available to Architects and Project Administrators.
● 
Delete deletes the sheet. This option is only available to Architects and Project Administrators.
Print Simple Log
Select Print Simple Log to print the contents of the currently displayed log as they appear on screen.
View Full Log
Select View Full Log to perform more advanced sorting and filtering of the log data before printing.
Download Current Set
Select Download Current Set to view and download the current set of drawings to a zip file.
Navigation Panel
The following options are available in the navigation panel:
● Add Sheet
Click to add a new sheet/drawing to the index. Architects and Project Administrators can add sheets.
Logs
Select any of the logs listed in this section to view it in the main panel.
● All Sheets
Single list of all sheets in the index.
● Custom logs
Any user-created custom logs also appear in this section.
● Create a Custom Log
Select this option to create a new log. Project Administrators have the ability to make a custom log available to all users.
● Manage
Select this option to edit or delete custom logs. This option only appears if one or more custom logs have been created.
Disciplines
Select any of the disciplines listed to view a log of all sheets assigned to that discipline. A log is available for each defined discipline.
Categories
Select any category to view a log of all items in the current module assigned to that category. A log is available for each defined category. This section only appears if categories have been defined and set to display as logs.
Administration
This option is available only to administrators.
● Sheet Index Tools
Opens the Sheet Index Tools page to allow for the import and deletion of the sheet index.
● Module Configuration
Opens the Module Configuration page, where Project Administrators can manage how the module functions, including adding disciplines and categories.
