Configure Graph API Auto Email Filing

Beginning with Project Center 12.4.1, Newforma introduces updated email filing technology using the Microsoft Graph API.

Along with the enhanced autofile technology comes the option to configure two new email filing features:

●        Emails filed will include any previous conversations connected to that email message

●        Emails filed will show filed for others as well

●        After an email is filed, the Filed by Newforma category is added to email for users in the distribution list (to:, cc:, bcc:) who share the same email domain as the filer.

●        For users in the distribution list the email will be tagged with the Filed by Newforma category wherever that email is located in the user's inbox.

These new features work for any emails filed through Newforma Items to File folders and the Outlook Add-In.
