Add a Discussion Item dialog box
Use this dialog box to add a discussion item to an action item or a punch list.
Date
Select the date the discussion took place.
Action
Select the action taken on the item.
Author
Click to open the Choose a Project Team Member dialog box to select the author of the discussion item.
Remarks
Enter any details about the item.
Send Notification
Mark this checkbox to open a new email message in Microsoft Outlook containing information about the action or punch list item and this discussion item.
To access this dialog box
You can access this dialog box in the following ways:
● Select one or more action items from the Action items activity center and then click Add Discussion item from the Tasks panel.
● Click Add from the Discussion tab of the Action Items activity center, the Identify an Action Item dialog box, or the Modify Action Item dialog box.
● Select one or more punch lists from the Punch List activity center and then click Add Discussion item from the Tasks panel.
● Click Add from the Discussion tab of the Punch List activity center, the Create a Punch List Item dialog box, or the Modify a Punch List Item dialog box.
