Specify Project Administrators dialog box

Use this dialog box to view and select the users who you want to be administrators on the current project. Granting administrative rights to Project Center users means that these users can access this dialog box, delete contract management items, transmittals, record copies, document sets, and action items; and add, modify or delete timeline phases, milestones, and holidays. Important: If no project team members are defined in this dialog box, then all Project Center users gain administrative rights for this project. To ensure this doesn't happen, assign at least one administrator to the project.

Project Administrators

This list contains the contacts who are currently administrators for the current project.

Add

Click to open the Choose Contacts dialog box to select contacts to add a project administrators.

 

To access this dialog box

Click Edit from the Admin tab of the Edit Project Settings dialog box.
