Markup View Properties dialog box

This dialog box shows the properties of the selected markup session's markupWhen you use pan and zoom to navigate around a drawing, you can save the current location as a markup. You can manage markups in the Views tab of the Drawing Explorer dialog box and in the Markups panel of the Newforma Viewer., as well as comments that have been entered for it. You can enter additional comments about the markup in this dialog box.

Title

Enter a title for the markup.

Status

The status of the markup.

Author

The user who created the markup.

Date

When the markup was created.

Comments

This sections lists all comments for the markup, including who entered the comments, and when.

Enter a Comment

Enter any new comments about the markup in this section, then click the button to add the comments to the markup.

 

To access this dialog box

You can access this dialog box in the following ways:

• Select a markup from the Markup Status Summary tab of the Project Markup Sessions activity centers or the Related Sessions activity center, then click Add Comments from the Markup Tasks panel.

• Click the icon from the Markups panel of the Newforma Viewer.
