Views button

Click to select whether to display file information as Large Thumbnails (large pictures of the files), Thumbnails (small pictures of the files), Icons, a simple List, or full file Details. You can also switch the Preview pane on and off and set its position for most windows.

1   The Project Email activity center has an option called Auto Preview that toggles between showing one or three lines of an email message.
