File in Contract Management Item > Actions

Click File in Contract Management Item > Actions to choose an action to perform on the contract management item associated with the selected email item. The type of contract management item depends on the type initially filed to.

The Actions menu is only enabled when the selected message has already been filed and has a tag appended to it.

        Choose File as Reviewer Response to open the Record Reviewer Response for Contract Management Item dialog box. The information from the Outlook item is automatically added to the response.

        Choose View to open the corresponding contract management item's form to display the contents of the selected item.

        Choose Modify to open the corresponding contract management item's modify dialog box to edit the item.

        Choose Select in Project Center to open the activity center for the corresponding item and highlight the item.

        Choose File and Modify to file the Outlook item to the Email Log of the contract management item and to open the modify dialog box to edit the item.

        Choose File in Project to open the File in Project dialog box to file the Outlook item to a new project and/or new project item. The Outlook item will not be linked to the original contract management item.
