Record Documents Overview

Record documents are created in the Project Center Document Control activity center. Info Exchange users can view the most recently issued version of each project document through the Record Documents log. Before Info Exchange users can view record documents, however, the Project Center user must decide which documents to make visible. The following diagram walks through the decisions that need to be made about record document visibility.
