Bulletin page
This page shows the details of the bulletin you selected from the Bulletins log.
This page is only available to Project Center (internal) users.
Bulletin
Subject
The subject of the bulletin.
Initiated By
The name of the project team member that created the bulletin item. Click the name to open the Contact Information dialog box.
Reasons
The reason the bulletin was created.
COP Status
The status of whether or not a change order proposal has been received for the bulletin.
Status
The status of the bulletin.
Contract Sum
The proposed basis of adjustment to the contract for the changes identified in the bulletin. Additional information for the sum type is provided in the Sum Description field.
Sum Description
Any additional details for the contract sum type, such as unit price, lump sum amount, etc.
Contract Time (In Days)
The agreed upon time that the contract will change. This is value corresponds to a number of days. It can be a positive or negative number.
ID
The ID number of the bulletin.
Sender ID
The number the contractor gave to the bulletin.
Discipline
Any discipline(s) associated with the bulletin.
Contract
The contract associated with the bulletin. Click the link to view the Contract page.
Workflow tab
This tab lists the history of contract management workflow actions that have been taken on the bulletin.
Type
The type of action taken.
Action
The action required or taken. Click to open the corresponding Bulletin Action page to view the details of the action.
Date
The date the action was taken.
From
The contact who performed the action.
To
The recipient of the action.
Due Back
When a response to the action is due.
Remarks
Any additional remarks about the action.
Description tab
This tab displays the text from the selected bulletin's Description tab.
Email Log tab
This tab lists all email messages associated with the bulletin.
Importance
The icon indicates the email message is marked as important.
Attachments
The icon indicates the email message contains an attachment.
Subject
The original subject line of the email. Click the subject of an email message to view it in the Email Preview page.
Message
Displays the first part of the email message.
From
Displays the original sender of the email.
To
Displays the recipient list for the email.
Date
Displays the original sent date for the email.
Size
Displays the file size of the email.
Preview Email Messages
Mark this checkbox to display a portion of the email messages below their subjects.
Supporting Documents tab
Displays the supporting documents for the bulletin. Click on the link for a file to view it in the Newforma Web Viewer. If the filename is not a hyperlink, click the icon to open or save the file locally.
Name
The name of the file.
Type
The file type.
Related Items tab
This tab lists all Project Center items that are related (linked) to the bulletin. Click the subject of an item to open it in its page.
Subject
The subject of the related project item. The icon for the related item type appears to the left of the Subject.
ID
The ID for the related project item.
Type
The type of the Project Center project item.
Workflow
The status of the item related to the action item.
Team Members
Team members associated with the related item.
Date
The date the related item was created.
Keywords
Displays any project keywords associated with the item.
Change Log tab
Use this tab to view a history of the actions taken on the selected bulletin, including when it was created, modified, who was involved, and any details.
Date
Date the change occurred.
Event Type
Type of change that occurred.
By
Project team member who created the change.
Detail
The specific field or item that was changed by the event.
In addition to the listed fields, custom fields may also be exist. Project Center administrators can create custom fields throughout Info Exchange.

Click to return to the Bulletins log.

Click to open a printable version of this page.
To access this page
Click the subject of a bulletin from the Bulletins log.
