Save Markup Session As dialog box

Use this dialog box to save a new markup session to the current Project Center project.


Enter a name for the markup session.


Click to open the Choose Project Team Members dialog box to add project team members to this markup session.


Select whether the markup session is Open or Closed.

Refer to the Project Markup Sessions activity center for a description of the tabs.


If you create a markup session from a screen shot using the Newforma Snapshot Tool, the Related Items tab will have a Set Snapshot Source button  that lists the recent files for the selected project. If you took a screen shot of a file, you can use this list to locate and select the file to relate it to the markup session.


Click to open the Choose Keywords dialog box to apply keywords to the markup session, if applicable.


To access this dialog box

This dialog box opens when you are saving a new markup session by click File, Save As from the Newforma Viewer.
