Change Orders Action page
This page shows the details of a contract management workflow action taken on a change order.
Action is the type of action performed. Types of change order actions include Received, Forwarded, Response, Review Response, Pending Review Response, Sent, Closed, Sent and Closed, and Reopened.
Change Order Action
The following list contains all available fields for all of the types of change order actions. Each change order action contains a different subset of these fields.
Subject
The subject of the change order.
To
The recipient of the current change order action. Click the link to open the Contact Information dialog box.
CC
Any other contacts included in the change order action.
From
The contact who assigned the change order action.
Change Order ID
The ID number of the change order.
Sender ID
The ID the sender gave to the change order.
Purpose
The purpose of the change order.
Transmittal ID
The ID number of the change order's corresponding transmittal.
Date Received
The date the change order was received.
Via
The method used to transfer the change order.
Due
When a response to the change order is due.
Remarks tab
This tab contains any remarks entered for the change order. An asterisk (*) indicates that remarks are included with the change order.
Files tab
This tab lists any electronic files included with the change order. An asterisk (*) indicates that files are included with the change order.
Download All Contents
Click to download all of the transferred files at once. You will have the option of opening the files or saving them.
Download Selected Contents
Mark the checkboxes of the folders or files you want to download, then click this button to download them. You will have the option of opening the files or saving them.
Configure Cloud Delivery
Opens the Configure Cloud Delivery dialog box and allows you to configure Info Exchange to download file transfers to your cloud storage account. For more information, please see the Cloud Delivery overview.
Name
The name of the file.
Type
The file type.
Size
The size of the file.
Date Modified
The date the file was last modified.
Files that appear on the Files tab also appear as a transfer on the Related Items tab.
Contents tab
This tab lists the contents of the change order action.
Quantity
The quantity of the item included with the change order action.
Date
The date the item was received.
Number
The item number.
Description
The item description.
Action
Any action taken for the item.
Remarks
Any remarks entered about the item.
Email Log tab
This tab lists all email messages associated with the change order.
Importance
The icon indicates the email message is marked as important.
Attachments
The icon indicates the email message contains an attachment.
Subject
The original subject line of the email. Click the subject of an email message to view it in the Email Preview page.
Message
Displays the first part of the email message.
From
Displays the original sender of the email.
To
Displays the recipient list for the email.
Date
Displays the original sent date for the email.
Size
Displays the file size of the email.
Preview Email Messages
Mark this checkbox to display a portion of the email messages below their subjects.
Page Tools
The following tools are available in the Change Order Action page toolbar.
Change Order: <Change Order name>
Click to return to the Change Order page.
This option is only available to Project Center (internal) users.
Change Orders
Click to return to the My Change Order Actions log.
Internal users are returned to the Change Orders log.
Send Response
Click to open the Send Change Order Response page to send a response to a change order.
Markup and Respond
Click to open the Newforma Web Viewer to view the attached files, mark up with any comments and send the response.
View Form
Click to open a printable version of this page.
To access this page
Click a change order action from the My Change Order Actions log, or an action from the Workflow tab of a Change Order page.
