Public Transfer page

Use this page to view the details of a public file transfer on Info Exchange, and to download the files in the transfer.

All internal project team members have full access to all received file transfers and their contents.

Public Transfer

Subject

The subject of the file transfer.

From

The project team member who sent the transfer. Click the link to open the Contact Information dialog box.

To

The project team members the transfer was sent to.

Date Sent

The date the transfer was sent.

Expiration Date

The date the transfer expires and will no longer be available.

CC

Any additional recipients of the transfer.

 

Remarks tab

Displays any remarks entered for the file transfer.

 

Files tab

This tab lists the files included in the transfer.

Download All Contents

Click to download all of the files at once. You will have the option of opening the files or saving them.

Download Selected Contents

Mark the checkboxes of the folders or files you want to download, then click this button to download them. You will have the option of opening the files or saving them.

Configure Cloud Delivery

Opens the Configure Cloud Delivery dialog box and allows you to configure Info Exchange to download file transfers to your cloud storage account. For more information, please see the Cloud Delivery overview.

Name

The name of the file.

Type

The file type.

Size

The size of the file.

Date Modified

The date the file was last modified.

Send Request

This button appears if the file transfer has expired on Info Exchange. Click to send an email message to the sender to publish it again.

 

Change Log tab

This tab displays a history of the actions taken on the selected file transfer, including when it was created, modified, who was involved, and any details.

Date  

Date the change occurred.

Event Type

Type of change that occurred.

By

Project team member who created the change.

Detail

The specific field or item that was changed by the event.

In addition to the listed fields, custom fields may also be exist. Project Center administrators can create custom fields throughout Info Exchange.

 

Page Tools

The following tools are available in the Public Transfer page toolbar.

Public Transfers

Click to return to the Public Transfers log.

Send Similar

Click to open the Send Transfer dialog box and create a new file transfer based on the current file transfer.

Files are not carried over to the new file transfer.

Send Email

Click to open the Send Email page to send an email containing the file transfer's information as shown to a project team member.

View Form

Click to open a printable version of this page.

 

To access this page

Click the subject of a public transfer from the Public Transfers log.
