Edit Email Filing Options dialog box
Use this dialog box to:

Configure how email messages are handled after they are filed to Project Center from your email application. You can automatically move email messages to a different folder after they are filed to a Project Center project. For example, you can have email messages automatically moved to the Deleted Items folder if you want to delete them after they are filed to a project.

Enable or disable automatic item filing.
The options you select below apply only to email messages. Filing options do not apply to tasks, appointment/meetings, contacts, distribution lists, or journal items.
Newforma - Items to File
Move Filed Email to
Select the email folder in which to move email messages when a user clicks Synchronize from the Project Center Add-in for Microsoft Outlook, when a users clicks File from Items to File Folders from the Tasks panel of the Project Email activity center, or when messages are automatically filed. Click the icon to select a folder. For example, you can have email messages automatically moved to the Deleted Items folder if you want to delete them after they are filed to a project.
Store in Project Subfolders
Mark this checkbox to move the filed email message to a subfolder within the folder selected in the field above. The subfolder will be created for you automatically and is given the label listed in the Email Folder Label field of the Admin tab of the Edit Project Settings dialog box.
Automatically File Items from My Newforma Items to File Folder
Mark this checkbox to have the Project Center Server automatically file items you placed in your email application's Newforma - Items to File email folder at a set interval. When you drag and drop email messages into your email application's Newforma - Items to File email folder, the Project Center Server files them in Project Center and moves the messages to the folder listed above. See File Email Items Automatically Using the Project Center Add-in for Microsoft Outlook for more information. If this checkbox is not marked, the email items in the Newforma - Items to File email folder must be filed to the folder above manually.
If you use the automated filing option, you can copy email messages by Ctrl-dragging them from your Inbox to Newforma - Items to File, then manage the original message as needed in Outlook. This enables you to keep copies before the originals are deleted.
File in Project
Move Manually Filed Email to folder selected above
Mark this checkbox to automatically move email messages to the email folder selected in the Move Filed Email to field above after you manually file them by clicking the File in Project button from Microsoft Outlook. If this checkbox is cleared, the email messages will not be moved after they are filed.
Advanced
Click to open the Advanced Filing Options dialog box to select additional methods of handling email messages after they are filed.
To access this dialog box

Click the button from the Toolbar, then choose Edit My Email Filing Options.

Select a user from the Licensing tab of the Project Center Administration activity center, then click Modify Filing Options from the Tasks panel.

Click Options from the Project Center Add-in for Microsoft Outlook Toolbar.

Click Change from the File in Project dialog box.
